[email protected] is the new user-friendly online service provider for government departments. Citizens can book their application by calling a call center or through their mobile app and once the applications are processed, the certificates are delivered to their doorstep. The whole process has been seamlessly streamlined and the workflow made simple and efficient. Atishay Limited is proud to be associated with this initiative as a technology partner.
The pilot project is the first of its kind in India. CM Shri Ashok Gehlot himself started the biggest and first project of its kind. With this advancement, citizens would no longer need to visit different government offices or courts, instead they can get authorized listed government documents right at their doorstep. The move would help the government better help people, improve their end-to-end customer journey, and ensure seamless integration between various government departmental applications. As technology partner, Atishay Limited would deploy the necessary IT architecture, including the unification software, employ service representatives, train them, manage their operations, and integrate the unification software with the e-Mitra application.
The permanent director and responsible for this project, Mr. Archit Jain, said, “We are delighted to be part of this progressive government initiative e-Mitra which brings government services seamlessly and cost-effectively to the doorstep of citizens. The platform offers more than 450 G2C and B2C services. We are happy to work for RISL as the chosen technology partner and will take this opportunity to become the aggregator to deliver government services smartly and efficiently to the citizens of Rajasthan. We are convinced that this project will alleviate the suffering of ordinary citizens and we are optimistic about our ability to build a better future. We will continue to meet the needs of new geographies, build on our strengths and leverage innovation to drive growth momentum and maximize value for all our stakeholders.”
The [email protected] project is expected to bring enormous relief to the citizens of Rajasthan and could become a model for similar projects in the rest of the country. Atishay Limited hopes to make a difference to ordinary citizens by supporting government initiatives with the use of smart technology so that it reaches the underserved sections of the population.
