On February 27, 2020, The Thaler Machine Company (“Thaler Machine” or the “Company”) was acquired by Cognitive Capital Partners, LLC. Thaler Machine is a manufacturer and supplier of complex, mission and flight critical components and hardware for the missile defense and aerospace engine markets.

Duff & Phelps acted as exclusive financial advisor to Thaler Machine on the transaction. PNC Mezzanine Capital provided financing for the acquisition.
