Koniag Government Services selects Ray Coleman as CIO

Ray Coleman has been named the new Chief Information Officer of Koniag Government Services.

“Ray’s long history with the Department of Defense makes him an ideal candidate for KGS,” said CEO Kevin Wideman.

Coleman is a U.S. Army veteran with over 25 years of IT and cybersecurity experience at DOD.

“Ray is a proven leader who has consistently shown himself to be at the forefront of the complex and ever-changing world of IT and cybersecurity,” Wideman added. “And with his wealth of knowledge, his sound advice will be extremely helpful in bringing innovation to our customers. We couldn’t be more thrilled to add him to our team.

As CIO, Coleman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT systems and cybersecurity programs for KGS. He will provide technical leadership and maintain a current view of future technology needs, recommending strategies, priorities and projects to achieve strategic business IT goals and objectives.
