Macau Government Service Centers resume limited public services today and are in good condition on site

MACAU, July 25 – The Macau Government Service Center in Areia Preta and the Macau Government Service Center in the islands are resuming operations today (July 25), offering limited public services. There is “designated access for people with yellow health codes” on site and members of the public queuing in queues maintain a distance of 1 meter from each other on their own initiative. Staff on site also assist the public in need with booking and printing health codes. The sites are generally in good condition.

To comply with anti-epidemic measures and avoid crowds, the Office of Municipal Affairs (IAM) calls on the population not to rush to treatment services except for urgent matters. They must first make a reservation via www.csraem.gov.mo/csrbooking/ then arrive at the scene in time for service processing. For any request, the public can call 2845 1515 or 2842 1212.

Anti-epidemic measures are reinforced on site. The public should keep an appropriate distance when queuing and waiting, wear their face masks properly, undergo a temperature measurement, produce their Macau health codes and take route notes. As the public is required to enter service areas in batches during different sessions, IAM appeals to their understanding. The public is invited to comply with the instructions of the staff and to maintain order on site.
